Remedy has renewed hope in the return of Alan Wake by registering a trademark for something called “Alan Wake’s Return.”
The trademark, spotted by NeoGAF user “ekim,” was filed on February 23rd and hints at a return for the author turned hero. The developer also grabbed the domain name for alanwakereturns.com under a proxy.
Remedy is yet to officially announce a sequel to the game, but did release footage of a canceled prototype version of Alan Wake 2 last year.
