Mophie has announced their Juice Pack for the Samsung Galaxy S7. The Galaxy S7’s Mophie Juice Pack utilizes wireless charging, but not in the same way that Samsung’s backpack case does (which charges over USB and passes the juice to the phone wirelessly).
Instead, Mophie’s version charges its own 3,300mAh battery wirelessly (using all the popular charging standards), and sends the juice over a USB connection. That means the device still needs some sort of chin for the microUSB connector, but it isn’t unsightly…
