Spotify CEO Daniel Ek has revealed the streaming giant now has 30 million paying subscribers.
In a tweet sent out on Monday evening, the Swede revealed the number of users handing over £10/$10 a month for Spotify Premium continues to soar.
Spotify’s last official announcement came back in June when it crossed the 20 million threshold, meaning it has added another 10 million in around 9 months.
The landmark figure also comes amid ever-increasing competition in the marketplace.
